Sounds like top price to me. But, if you get top quality work: IE.. it was started on time promised, it was finished on time promised, and you didn't have to take it back, it survives the test of time.. and the biggest AND..
You are satisfied.
Then you got your $$ worth..
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.
