Governor sticking? My son in law had same problem with T350, turned out to be governor. Pulled it, cleaned it, stuck it back in. Worked fine.

well me and a buddy was doing tons of tunning with the timming today, and when we wen tot drive it back to his house we realized that it was shifting into 3rd just fine then, ut when we got to his house we did some tunning with the carb and i think it might have messed it up again, and i can not seem to get the timming right, it seems no matter what i do i can't get it to not deisel when i turn it off.

yea i know it is too high, we have not timed it exactly, we still need to do alot of tunning, but it is taking too much gas to tune it exactly so i will have to leave it so i can save gas for a job hunt.
