I need some help with a IFS that my husband and I are putting in my 1942 Chevy Truck. We've installed the Heidts front end kit but find the steering shaft is going to be in the way of the motor mount. Is it proper to cut a small portion of the mount out to make this work? Any help would be great. Thanks stu (Elaine)
