What alignment specs did you use? I in the past month have put my '31 A on the road. It is a full TCI chassis with IFS (103.5" wheel base). My original alignment was to their specs - which made for a real interesting ride the first time I really pushed the speed. It was like a boat doing a chine walk scary ride.

I do have fairly large tires as well (big in the back and not quite so big in the front)

Their camber = 1/4 deg. neg, I'm at about 3/4 deg neg
their caster = 1-1/2deg, I'm now at 3+ a bit(and might do another degree)
Their toe in = 1/32, I'm at 3/32nds (and will do one more turn on one tie rod end for a full 1/8")

I pushed it a bit and did some crowned roads yesterday, totally different driving car. No more wander, no more twitchiness but it needs just a bit more.
