Just move it down below the next spring leaf - you can cut it off with the hole centered. The overall effect as far as raising the vehicle will remain about the same. Generally when I have done this, I have gone to the local spring shop, tell them my spring width, leaf thickness, and the length I want and they make it to size using their standard stock. I will also buy a set of 4 U-bolts and 2 long center bolts and then procede to get dirty !! The last one was on an F350 9900GVW P/U!!
