    frame swap

I'm considering swaping my 86 chevy pickup cab and front clip
onto a 1991 caprice frame is this feasable. I would like to keep
the TBI, and all the suspention componits. I'm planning on just
building a custom flat bed so I don't have any trouble betwean
    cab and box.

Does anyone have a take on this I would like to get some opionings on this subject. I have been told buy a couple
of guys to just do the front suspention. others said that it
was feasable to just swap my cab and front clip and build
new body mounts. on the caprice frame.

well motor, tranny, and rear end. Are all in bad shape.
I had bought the old police car to replace such. Plus I
really like the TBI and the 700r4 tranny. I was planning on
lowering the truck with a new suspention setup. One of my
friend said if your going to do all that why not just put your
pickup body on the cars frame. Then I would have all that I
planned and then some. I know it's a strange idea but some
of the best rides start out that way.HaHA
