    1965 Ranchero

Just picked up a Smallblock C-6 trany for the old Ranchero.
When I had my 67 Mustang I kept braking the C-4's So I ended up Running a FMX trany, which was way Heavy but strong. So this time I thought I would try a small block C-6 Trany. When the Guy brought out the Trany, I almost fell over. I thought these were supposed to be small,And it seems heavier then the FMX was? There Isn't supposed to be any eletronics on it but there is a wire with a plug coming from the throttel / kick down linkage. Whats that? Made the decision to cut the Ranchero and It's been no easy choise. But I want to be Practical and Comfortable in the car.
I want to put a mustang II frontend in it with power steering, a Tilt front end to open like the Vetts. Tub it for a narrowed Dana 60 rear end with some nice fat N50 size tires. And a new solid frame from front to rear. But I'm gonna try to keep the rest of the body looking as stock as possible. I Figure since I'm gonna build new frame I should just go ahead and put that old 351 cleveland I've been working on for the past 5 years in between the rails,RIGHT!!! Does B&M make a trans brake kit for the C-6 Trany Like to do a shift kit to. Any one have experiece with these tranys.
    Thanks for any help.
