I useta do a bit of scuba diving way back when I was a pup, to keep the inside of the goggles clear...spit, ( really!) But on a more practical note, and since you aint underwater, ProZ has the best idea, leave some room to breath. I noticed the newest helmets are really tight fitting, so maybe some drilled vent holes?
