You can get the stock springs and replace the bags if needed. If the system needs to re-fill after a few days but stays full while in operation, I wouldn't be overly concerned. But, you know what's coming next..
Was air ride an option on town cars? I'm thinking they weren't offered with springs, but may be all wet!
