You can get the stock springs and replace the bags if needed. If the system needs to re-fill after a few days but stays full while in operation, I wouldn't be overly concerned. But, you know what's coming next..

Was air ride an option on town cars? I'm thinking they weren't offered with springs, but may be all wet!

My wife's aunt had air ride on hers and a bag blew out. She had a garage swap out the bags for springs mainly because of the cost. That's all I know..
