I'll ad this first. I do have a thread about my car build in which I asked a question about what color should I paint my block, if different than my body color. I started this one to get opinions for gun's, which I may not get painters there that I need.

Ok, like I mentioned, the psrts I need to paint are the block, trans, etc along with household projects, not complete cars.

I do have a nice Sharpe suction gun that worked very well at that time. I never sprayed to get runs, dry areas, orange peal etc.
I used acyrlic enamel back in those days. However, I did use for laying down my epoxy primer, sealer, but used my friends HVLP gun for the top coat on my 427 Cobra. I did have some light orange peal though. Quick fix.

If,.....I bought a little bit better and cost for a gun, I may buy the Eastwood. Which model ?

    Links would help a lot.

Which HF guns (with model #) did you guys use ?
