I've been looking for a long fuel fill neck hose that I could use to attach the stock fill position on my 37 to my plastic gas tank from a 95 Roadmaster/Caprice.
Spotted this aftermarket part that may work:

1) Has anyone ever installed or worked with a fuel fill hose from a 99 to 07 Chevy truck, and if so are these hoses very flexible?
2) Not clear how the tank end attaches, can anyone speak to that as well?

Found a video on line and the hose shown in the after market part is probably the vent hose. The fill hose is evidently 2 inches inner diameter, fits on the outside of the vent hose and will not fit or bend around the radii I require. Does anyone know of a flexible 1.5 ID fuel fill hose?

Without knowing exactly how it fits it a bit hard to say, but my thought would be to go to an exhaust shop have them bend a piece of appropriate sized exhaust pipe to the shape you need it then connect it with a short piece of fuel hose on each end.

Thanks for the suggestion. I am going to try that. I've bent a 1/2" od conduit to the required shape and I taped 2" OD foam insulation on the outside to check fit. The problem is the local muffler shop that everyone raves about says they can bend 4 inch radii on 8 inch centers and my required shape is tighter than that. Just looking for a backup plan.

Get some header bends and make your own pipe....

Cheap.
Practical.
