Without knowing exactly how it fits it a bit hard to say, but my thought would be to go to an exhaust shop have them bend a piece of appropriate sized exhaust pipe to the shape you need it then connect it with a short piece of fuel hose on each end.I've NEVER seen a car come from the factory that couldn't be improved.....

Thanks for the suggestion. I am going to try that. I've bent a 1/2" od conduit to the required shape and I taped 2" OD foam insulation on the outside to check fit. The problem is the local muffler shop that everyone raves about says they can bend 4 inch radii on 8 inch centers and my required shape is tighter than that. Just looking for a backup plan.

Get some header bends and make your own pipe....
