Been there done that, as I suspect many other members here have. I remember moving the car stuff; shop full of tools, welders, 6 or 7 non-running project cars, truck loads of parts and metal etc etc. About half way thru I can remember thinking why didn't I take up golf, model car building, fishing or anything that only takes up about a closet worth of space.
