I'm Back
Charlie sold his ferrari. the cost of upkeep was way higher than expected. out of the money he got for the ferrari he brought a 2005 cadillac ctsv. He then tells me to find my old monte. I told him that i know where it is and the guy that has it has cut it up to make a drag car out of it. So he told me to find another. Below is the link to the one i found and we are going to pick it up saturday. I am so happy. Still working out in my head what all i want to do with it. so many possibilities. would really appreciate what you guys think.

Welcome back, Barb! It will be good to see you working through the decision process on how this one needs to be done. How about a nice crate engine - Ford Racing Performance Parts Crate EnginesRoger

i am really not keen on a fuel cell. never had one before and want something that has a fuel gauge hooked up. the guy said that it was a 12 gallon jaz cell. would really like to sell the whole setup and get a regular 16 gal. tank. what would a decent asking price for it. my intention is to also get a 70's 350 and do a rebuild kit and put a th400 behind it. do i really need a gear that big in the rear. would like to move the car nicely but not get beat up on the mpg on the interstate.BARB

find out how big/tall of tire you can get under the back end and the 4:56 gears may not be so bad .. I ran them for years in one of my V8 pintos with a 33 inch tire in back .. and you will learn pretty quickly how far you can go on 12 gallons of fuel .. I like my 8 gallon cell in my stang just fine ...iv`e used up all my sick days at work .. can i call in dead ?
My ex-wife just told me that she wants us to get back together again. Man, I sure am lucky! I mean, first I won the Lottery, and now this!
