    Austin healey replica project

I have taken on a project which has been abandoned by previous owner. I want to install radius arm /coil over suspension at the rear axle. My question is how short can the radius arm be and still work effectively..... space is a big problem. Second question does any one know the weight of a slant 6 motor i know that there were many models but i need ball park number. appreciate all your help.

Not sure about your coilover/radius arm question. But if you're talking about a Mopar slant 6, I would first do some height measuring. I had on in an old pickup and they are kinda on the tall side. It may stick out the hood on a small car like an Austin.

The weight of a slant 6 is 475lbs. according to this site: Engine Weight FYI
