Big thing on a lawyer, it will have to be a lawyer licensed to practice law in the company's home state as that's where the litigation (if any) will occur. About all a local lawyer can do is issue threats....... Learned this the hard way when an out of stater dumped an NSF check on me years back.....Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!
