It's not gonna be crazy, just something that will pull hard to about 5,500 rpm's.
Shift kit in the trany for a crisp shift and leave the gears alone.
It will be for highway cruzin since I am about 100 miles out of Vegas.
Just want it to look good sound nice and run like a rapped ape on the highway.

well it can be built but you do not want to hear it... but other then a plate and making things work AC and other stuff the 454 out to a496 would be less money then the 455 BUT....there is things you must do to the block to get any life out of them you should to use the T/A dur bond cam bearings or rework the block or the cam bearing will fail a long with the crank prep and drilling oil gallerys out in the block. roller cam for a buick as a hard $$item$$ ...but happy to send you a bbc if needed
