    Just look at your front dampner pulley---the 6:71 can be driven with a 2 inch belt if space is limited and adding the 2 inches to your dampner measurement would be the distance your looking for----

    An 8:71 is about 3/4 inch longer---3/8 to the front and 3/8 to the rear--
