Something I've heard of but never tried:
Lay a fat bead of black RTV on the door, cover it with plastic wrap then shut the door and let it cure. When you open the door, peel off the plastic and you have a perfect seal.
Anyone tried this?.
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.
