I have put a saginaw steering box with stock coloumn on two of these. If you go to Ace Hardware and get the bearing for a lawn mower wheel that is three quarter inch ID and the locking collar that goes with it it will hold the steering shaft in place. Then weld your or bolt your steering joint or rag joint to the bottom of the shaft it should work. I can send pictures of the bearing and collar if you need them.
