The 100amp is fine, but with that much audio the suggestion of isolating it from your "normal" battery is a great idea. Regarding your 50a maxi fuse, on mine (EZ Wire) several of the big draws are wired direct from the battery ahead of the fuse block and have their own protection - ECU/Ignition, electric fan, VA hvac, etc which reduces the draw through the maxi.
