my cars 50 chevy 548 blown . 66gto donovan 632 .street cars...there is more 620+ CID blocks and short blocks in my photo gallery then 396s. the 632 is a very popular build i machined and built someso i base my builds off stock GM blocks 9.800 454 to 496 lower dollar builds and after market 9.800 to 565 build for off the shelf parts the tall deck 10.200 GM 525 and after market bock 632/638 other stuff can be built but staying in this line up as its shelf parts some what the price is not as bad if staying in this line up 4.000 4.250.4.500.4750 cranks as full blown custom cranks .rods, and piston like it was 25 years ago on this stuff.i know there parts for bigger crank engines and i know alot of this stuff is made .but it still comes down to a block $$ no cheap china blocks or heads to support the700s engines . so it s china cranks and some steel H beam rods they only make .i would think about the steel billet crank but would not use the rods in a engine this big the magnum cranks are not to bad on $$ when you think about wiping out a 6000.+ block hard to think to cheap?
