still would not hurt to check . don .looks like the same rigid chimney metal-clad seals i use and many do. seals work very good But it would not hurt to check seal to retainer room running this seal takes up alot of room . i do not want you jumping off a bridge check every thing . it will hurt alot less now then latterIrish Diplomacy ..the ability to tell someone to go to Hell ,,So that they will look forward to to the trip

I know how to check for coil room on lift, but how do you check for that seal to retainer room? Good suggestions Jerry and Pat, and I don't swim all that well.

you can go to the hardware store find lite test spring. at full lift you should .060 for room seal to retainer at this point is a good time that you can check piston to valve as wellIrish Diplomacy ..the ability to tell someone to go to Hell ,,So that they will look forward to to the trip
