Those are tugs for hauling around equipment for start-ups on jets and push backs on planes.They will move along with the rear end gear ratios at about 35 mph.The do turn on a dime,but have a habit of rolling over.
Ah-don't ask why I know about the rolling over thingie.LOL.Good Bye
