that most likely was sprayed over some dust that was`nt wiped off or some other contaminent ..we spray a lot of paint where i work ( industrial and aeronautical ) and our test panels are cut / tape / water and salt tested and then even bent double to asure proper adhesion .. something went wrong there i think ..
