The body parts are in really good shape. I am already working on cleaning these areas up. I do not have any areas of rust that need repair.
no thats what i use to seal the back side up for after the out side was all welded to keep moister and water out of the back side of weld joint. to glue fender on like i said you would use a metal bonder like lord fusor or 3m

Wow, the last time I did any body work, we had a two part Bondo, a credit card spreader and stack of sand paper. (That was 25 years ago )I really need to dive more into this subject.

Pat, I completely respect your opinion (I lurk here a lot and look for your Posts), but if he uses an Adhesive I promise it won't move-I work for a Company that has GM Dealerships, and I go into the Body Shop and watch those Masters at work a lot-they will bond a Panel, then use the left over Bonding Agent to fill the Gaps-I'm not quite comfortable with that, but that stuff is amazing-
Have you ever noticed that anybody driving slower than you is an idiot, and anyone going faster than you is a maniac?

kitty hair is like cat hair balls in resin . a shorter strand glass would work better. on mixing guns i used lord bond glues in side engine blocks. for body stuff we used the 3m so you would want to look in the best bang of the buck
