for filling gaps there is many ways to go. two for now 1 a epoxy and glass mat/cloth or carbon fiber if you go this way you may post cure the resin 2 fine ground glass filler marglass duraglass . body fill like Rage is not what i use on a seam. if need some fill glass works much better and stronger

Pat, I completely respect your opinion (I lurk here a lot and look for your Posts), but if he uses an Adhesive I promise it won't move-I work for a Company that has GM Dealerships, and I go into the Body Shop and watch those Masters at work a lot-they will bond a Panel, then use the left over Bonding Agent to fill the Gaps-I'm not quite comfortable with that, but that stuff is amazing-

well i know some about this not as much as you but i did tell him there was a another way to do this job and that was to use a bonder . how he finsh the out side is a outline by the two ways he could go after the gap in the out side joints if he wanted to i did body work in shops for 30 years of my life ... i was one of them master ..... Icar and state cert for frame and all the other fun stuff, i did not use a glue gun much at that time more so for SMC

no it is MR Mc master i work in the dealer ship but i left there was a lot of screwing every body and any one . yes i was good at the body metal game .i made very good money at that time in my life and still would be doing it if the body was still willing , i put every drop of my life in to body and paint work and i do not have any problem say i was a master at it ... i still can back my mouth up on a good day
