Here is a photo of an 351 GMC V-6, the filter will be the same. On a side note, if you want to get all the info you could ever want or need on these "big v-6's" & the trucks & the years they were available, go to www.6066gmcguy.org . They even have a little performance upgrade section also, it's not gunna get you much hp out of these monsters, but hey, who can leave anything "stock". Also these were a GMC only type of engine deal, and yes they were used in heavy truck, busses, and even irrigation apps. They ranged in size from 305 ci. up to 478 ci. there was a 637 ci. v-8 & even a 702 ci. v-12 with 4 heads & 2 intakes/carbs. they were all 60* engines. Best regards, Tony S.
