Well.... pulled the radiator. Looks like at least half of the threads bit it, not leaving me enough to be comfy with. ARGH!!!!! Will take to machine shop or radiator shop to see if they can get that bung off and weld in a new one.
DAMMIT!!!!!
I'll keep your idea in the background Evolvo and pose to them......
