Brakes??

I need to do all my brake lines and I need a new manual dual master cylinder. It will be on the original flathead engine with disc brakes in the front and rear. The rear is out of an explorer 8.8 with the original brake lines still on it. What size brake lines and what all do i need to get to complete this project?
