I`m running drum /disc, non power Koulade, Its not a problem, my coupe weighs in at 2700 with my butt in it, keep the master cylinder bore to one inch, not more than that, that will keep your line pressure up.

I am running disc/disc and I am not running a brake boost because i would have to buy an eletric one and those are around 300.

There are several cars and trucks that have diesel motors, they didn't use vacuum for their power brakes. Some used hydro-boost and some use electric-boost for their power brakes. The hydro-boost used the power steering pump to power them, and don't use any power till you step on the peddle, so it won't hurt HP motors, and the electric used 12v to run the pump.

Search and find out which cars & trucks used which, and use that power setup for non-vacuum cars!

I always hear people saying they can't run power brakes with their turbo's and blowers because of no vacuum. When they can, and have strong brakes, with little foot power!

People don't search for parts that were used anymore, they just look in catalogs and point!
