Sounds like a dumb question, don't mean it as an insult at all, but did you get the wheel and the lug nuts on correctly??? Possible that a lug or two bottomed out, or something got between the wheel and the mounting flange on the axle and made it crooked????? Weird to look at, wish I could see things in person sometimes, huh????
