I have not seen or used a welder like yours so it is new to me, just trying to throw out some ideas to help you. Are you using gas ( argon mix) and what size wire? We use .030.I have used both Millers and Lincolns and when you open the door where the wire spool is it gives you all of the settings,wire size,gas or no gas and all the info you need to know.
