    i can give you feed and wire speed off my 250x but is at the shop . i have to run it very low and 030 wire or i just cut thru thin sheet if the metal is let say .100 thick you want your amps just under that try 60to 80 amps and wire speed play with it keep adding speed on the wire till you here a steady cracking sound i allway s fine tune mine with scrap steel. looks like your amp setting is at 225 that set up for 1/4 to 5/16 plate or so you want to be at 150 or about for 3/16 and for sheet you will just about be turn off
