trying to make this look OKAY

I am having trouble making my winter rig look okay. Its the ugliest body style GM has probably ever come up with.

    Any Ideas?

This is the best I've come up with.

If it's a driver, then just drive it and spend the money on insulation and heat for the garage. Hard to do anything without some kind of place to work on projects in.....

Man I had some buddies with a couple those cars.
They droped them, then narrowed the rears.
Put some nice rims and shinny paint one black and the other white.
They dropped big blocks in them because they are heavy cars.
They where a couple of the nicest looking cars around.
Just use some imagination and if you don't have any of that, steel some one else's idea. I've got the uglest car on the planet, but I've already had people trying to buy it. My buddy has the same car but his is done mine is not.
So I'm gonna take the ideas I like on his and try to improve on it, with mine.

I had a friend with one of the last SS models, it kinda grew on me. If you could find a Laguna nose and do it in the period Winston Cup flair, I'm just rambling. It is ugly, drive it, put new hinge pins and bushings in the doors, drive it some more, repeat.

You might see if any other GM doghouse would fit. It might be kind of fun to have a buick, olds or Pontiac Camino. :-)

I say make me a good price, and you can get something you like better. I like all of the El Camino's. That's not my favorite year but I had one that I parted it out for more then I paid for it. I've had a new 71, used 76, 78, still have an 86. I was upset with my brother so I didn't buy his 60 we put an overdrive in it E.T. wheels I did the bodywork, and a friend painted it. Of course that was in the late 60's. I could kick myself right now but my foot won't go that high. Just enjoy it you can always get your money back.
