37 chevy body style numbers ?

hello i have a 37 chevy 4 door sedan im trying to figure out the body and style numbers but not having any luck . can any one help please ? thanks kelly the tag on my car style no 37-1219 body number j 2991 trim number 63 paint number 219

Kelly I am no expert tho had some time did some searching and came up with this. Body style sedan sport , model master7
