    you are not going to cut or move your sand scraches with a foam wheel or a compound that as no grit to it. if it very hard paint been there done it many times the super fine papers were made to not use the old stuff wool wheel s and heavy body rubbing componds but set up paint the old way works good wool wheel and compound then go to foam
