I am running 6.5 lbs on mine with a holley blue pump pushing 650 horse. Between 6 to 7 pounds is a typical setting on a carbed motor. At 6.5 pounds I can dissconect my fuel line and fill a 5 gallon can in about a minute. So with saying that 6.5 pounds is alot of fuel.
