    you should try a soap like dawn or spick and span with some water. some of the wax and grease removers are to hot and may drive it in they use to make polly cracker ? i have seen glass do this the only way i could stop it was put down the first coat on lite let tack up to the touch get every thing out of there that you used on it tack rag throw out and get some new paper towels new gloves if you use fish eye every thing will need it all the way thru the hole job that sucks .your paint that you laid down the blue move all the release up in to your top skin of paint so you need to try to wash it with a soap not a wax remover good luck
