    Don't wrap them, they will rust out in no time.
    Jet coatings claims they can do rusted headers with no problem. I don't know of anyone that has done it! but it will be shiney aluminum, not chrome.

    I have aluminumized headers on my ACVW and they look nice, but have a soft feel to them, been on for 4-5 yrs and still look nice.

    Here's a pic of them new.
