Use a brass punch if your scared . Just hit it side to side . Then install the new one the same way . When the race is in all the way . The sound of the strick to the punch will change .

Well that was surprisingly easy, a bit of force but they came out straight. Just got the new ones in the freezer for a bit, this works on motorcycle headsets all the time. I can't figure out what I'm supposed to do with all these other races??? I guess just for different spindles, the one set doesn't even fit in the front or back??

    Thanks,
    Sean.
