Tap them out from the backside with a flat punch ,then use the old ones to install the new ones.....you may have to do more than just tap...
You want to work it all the way around evenly and avoid just tryin to hit on one spot ,hit turn/hit turn/etc...
Its gunna take longer than u thought and its gunna cost more too(plan ahead!)
