Here, I went to another forum and dug up the thread about these spacers. Here is what he said:
No more using a support ring and spacer the put 28-35 Ford wires and bent spoke kelseys on flat brake drums. Put this adapter on the drum (any bolt pattern) and then bolt on the wheel.
