    I hope you mean a pcv in the fill tube ,along with the vented cap?
    If not ,I sure hope its not pretty under the hood......
    Is it manditory....no,will the engine firewall and the rest of the engine be covered in gunk.....yes,will the car have a oil wreek to it ,...yes,that burning oil smell will infiltrate the entire car and you will have a stinker on yer hands.


    Do the new oils cake under the valve covers ,without a pcv ,like the old oils did ?
