You can check the switch by substituting the switch from the other side. It should just pop out without taking the door panel off. If it works with the new switch, you know to replace it. If not, good luck!Last edited by fitzwilly; 06-30-2007 at 08:03 PM.

power window mtr
I took off inside panel of door, got a long bar
and hit the power motor a few times, and all
is working good now. probably stuck brushes.

It probably had some moisture inside. I would suggest to do some boneyard searching for a rebuildable one as I think that one is living on borrowed time.Ken Thomas
