Well, I got my engine together at long last (I'll attach a pic), and now I'm looking at fuel system. I think I'm going to go with a 16 gallon fuel cell to accomodate my playing with the rear suspension.
First off, What fuel pumps setup should I use? I have a Edelbrock 4105 Carburetor, and a never-used Edelbrock fuel pressure regulator with return loop capability sitting in a box in the garage. What are the pros and cons of a return line setup? How much output pressure should I be looking for on the pump, and what flow rating?
Although childish, I know, I actually like the sound of a loud external pump, so noise isn't an issue.
Where do you mount your fuel pump?
In what configuration would I run this setup?
Cell -> Pump -> Filter -> Regulator -> Return?
I've got wiring for all this down when I get to that point, so I suppose we're set for that.
Thanks again!
P.S., I know it isn't as pretty as many of the ones I see on here, but here's to prove I haven't been pulling your chains with all these questions so far
