    the oval rear end has a 7.5 ring gear, and the round 10 bolt has a 8.5 ring gear. the 7.5 will not be a desirerable choice for your ponies to stay in the corall. i think the axles are smaller diameter in that 7.5 rear also, you better find a round housing 8.5, or a 12 bolt for a direct bolt in application, either of these chevy rears are good choices. or spend a bit more for the ford 9 inch.
