Two ways to do it........either with an hinge kit made by some company like Suicide Doors, or finding a donor car with hinges that can be adapted. I'm a fan of the first choice, because I think they just fit and can be made to work better. However, I bet someone on here will be able to offer some suggestions for the 2nd method too.

Getting the doors to swing properly is the toughest part, you need the two new hinges to be in perfect alignment. The latch part is the easy thing, ones like Bear Claw and similar are extremely adaptable, and safe. You may also want to consider adding one of the secondary bolt type latches, just to be very safe. They didn't call these doors suicide for nothing.
