Hows everybody doing. I have a 1956 Ford F-100 with a 351Cleveland under the hood. Nothing major, pretty much stock. Small cam and thats about it. 4bbl. Anyway, lookin to get new exhaust. Going to go with flowmaster of course. Cant decide on what would sound best.

Most likely going to be 3inch exhaust..Should i go with the Hushpower mufflers or something like a 50Series? Personal opinion what would sound best. I prefer the louder the better but i also want it to be a nice deep mellow loud. If that makes sense. Or should i should just a good ol set of Cherry bombs on there?

I had 50 series Flowmasters on my '48 Buick with a nice 355 sbc engine. I didn't like the sound very much (loud and tinney) I put on a set of Flowmaster Hush Flows and like the deep rumble it has now. They will rap up and down and I have 2" pipes. This spring I have built a 388 stroker motor for the Buick, anxious to hear what this will sound like. Good Luck, Topless
